November 13, 2004Ask Dave TaylorI met Dave Taylor in person a little less than two years ago at an Internet entrepreneur conference in Las Vegas. Prior to that I had communicated with him via email for about 3 years or so. Dave has more computer brain juice than a ripe watermelon. Dave has written 16 computer books. His latest is Creating Cool Web Sites with HTML, XHTML and CSS. Anyway, he loves to help people and answers questions that you may have about computer programming, servers, HTML questions, UNIX, etc. When you visit his AskDaveTaylor website, you will see what I mean very quickly. I don't care if you are a programming wizard or a person who barely knows computers, Dave has an abundance of computer programming and software information that might get you out of a jam. The trick is to have the patience to read through many of his past questions and answers. Not only may you find the answer you need, but you might also discover two or three other gems along the way. Dave really knows his stuff. I challenge you to stump him. If you do, he will buy both you and I a chocolate Aglamesis malt. He doesn't know that yet, so remind him if he says he doesn't know the answer to your question. Posted by Tim Carter at November 13, 2004 6:43 PM |
