FACTUAL UPDATES:
On or About April 30, 2004 - A partner in the law firm of Chernesky, Heyman & Kress P.L.L. called me on the telephone and requested that I remove this post from my blog. My response was "No".
January 20, 2005 - I received another telephone call from the same partner in the Chernesky, Heyman & Kress P.L.L. law firm. He asked me once again to delete this blog post. When I said "No", this person hung up on me.
If anyone from Chernesky, Heyman & Kress P.L.L. contacts me about this blog entry, I will continue to keep an open journal of what happens, what is said or written and post all facts here.
